Excellent preventive against colds and flu

I have been using this product for over a year now. I have not taken flu shots for two years, and I haven't had the flu. If I ever have cold symptoms or a sore throat, discomfort is minimized by one or two of these at the onset. I don't take them for more than two weeks at a time.

A miracle in a bottle!

Echinacea is the answer everyone has been looking for to treat and prevent colds and flu. I take it three times a day if I have a cold or if I'm around anyone who has one. My maintenance dose is twice a day. It definitely helps me avoid colds and flu. This winter the flu has been rampant (everyone in my family got it), but I avoided it and I put everyone who came to my house sick on it. Reports came back that it helped all who took it. For extra measure, I take it with orange juice if I have a cold. It reduces the amount of time of a cold from 7 days to about 3 if you take it at the first sign of a cold. Try not to miss a maintenance dose. I did and I came down with a sore throat, so now I'm on three capsules a day. Give it a try. You'll see a difference.

Echinacea it really does have an effect !

I myself never believe in vitamins or natural herbs as known fixes for any type of ailments. As a matter of fact I would call these items "quack" drugs. However after 2 years of taking Echinacea my mind has been changed, on several occasions once I felt a cold or illness coming on, I will immediately start taking these herbs, and I can honestly say, they helped, may not have stop the cold, but diffinetly reduced the durations and syptoms associated with the cold.

Echinacea is a mainstay in our household. This product, I have been using for some time and it seriously helps the body to fight off colds and help the body stay healthy when it would otherwise succumb to stress and being run down from a hecktic schedule. Echinacea is great to take as an insurance policy too, if you go to large functions and are exposed to many germs, also before big events where you absolutely can not get sick, like a wedding or finals at school, or a big interview. I take it off and on and in conjunction with a high protein diet and vitamin C. Good stuff to stay up and running in tip top condition.
