I was excited to find a whole food vegetarian product from MotherNature.com at a very competitive price. However, I was disappointed to find that the product contains bee pollen. You might want to consider removing this ingredient as it is not marketable to vegans who consume no animal products or byproducts.

I tried this product because it was vegetarian and it had all of the vitamins, minerals, and such that I needed. Also, its price is competitive. I become a vegetarian a few years ago and at the time, I searched high and low for a vegetarian vitamin. This was the first one I found. I have been and continue to be very happy with the vitamin, its freshness (it has a great smell!), and the service of MotherNature.com. If you are a vegetarian, this supplement is worth trying.

I tell all my friends about these and have converted many of them. I suppose that other multiples are also good for you, but I never felt a difference when taking them. With these, after two weeks I felt so much better I could not believe it. I feel more energetic and have an overall sense of well-being. Several of my friends have used them and then tried something cheaper that sounds comparable, only to switch right back within a month. My doctor approves of them--I asked her because I thought that anything that makes me feel this good has to have something in it I should not be taking. You won't be sorry if you switch to these. Just don't run out.

This is the only multiple vitamin I have ever taken that doesn't upset my stomach. It is difficult to determine if a supplement is actually making a difference in the way you feel. This one works...I actually feel better when taking this product. Try it.

I am 78 years old and have been using this product for at least 20 years. I've never been disatisfied. The levels of the individual vitamins are higher than any other multi on the market that I have ever come across. I recently suffered a hip fracture/hip replacement due to a fall. My recovery has been nothing short of amazing. The people at the hospital and rehab center were truly amazed at the speed of my recovery. They actually gave credit to my intake of vitamins.
