I tell all my friends about these and have converted many of them. I suppose that other multiples are also good for you, but I never felt a difference when taking them. With these, after two weeks I felt so much better I could not believe it. I feel more energetic and have an overall sense of well-being. You might want to consider removing this ingredient as it is not marketable to vegans who consume no animal products or byproducts.

I become a vegetarian a few years ago and at the time, I searched high and low for a vegetarian vitamin. This was the first one I found.
