I have very little 'over flow' and find they are packaged very discreetly. I never realized how many chemicals regular 'non' organic tampons held until i did some research. A must-have! As someone who always used an applicator tampon, I was unsure about how I would like this one. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that the applicator was not necessary and inserting without one was just fine. As for the actual tampon, it was very absorbent and comfortable and "leak- free."
