This is a Soy Isoflavones complex naturally derived from the heart of the soybean and specially processed to retain the soybean"s full nutritional complement including isoflavones, then blended with a potent digestive enzyme complex. Dosage:

Take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening, with a large glass of warm water just before eating. For preventing bone loss in post-menopausal women, increase daily dose to 5 or 6 capsules.
