Recommend:
For cooling relief, chill in the refrigerator for an hour or put in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to desired temperature. Take out and gently place over tired, strained eyes to relieve pufiness and swelling.
For warming relief, soak in warm water for ten to fifteen minutes or heat in microwave at a medium setting for no longer than 20 seconds to desired temperature. Take out and place over eyelids to provide soothing relief.
