The Valerian Super Calm has made a great difference in my 4 year old sons sleep habits. His bedtime is 7, it always has been. Lately he has been getting up at 3am and staying up. We tried moving his bed time to 8, then 9. But this did not help. We tried cutting out his naps, but this did not help. After while he was so overtired that he was out of controle and nothing we tried worked. I tried the Valerian Super Calm as a last resort. I have never been really believed in herbal remidies before. Now I am amazed. I give him a dose at 5pm, and by 7pm I put him to bed. Now he is asleep within 45 minutes, and most nights will sleep till he hears his dad get up for work. This product does not nessisarely induce sleep, it just calms him down enough that he can sleep. I would recomend the Valerian Super Calm to any parent. It is safe with no side affects and works wonders.

My 3 yr old daughter is very hyper, and Is very hard to put to sleep at night. Some times taking upto an hour before she will finally go to sleep. Since I have been using Valerian Super Calm on her, Im not kidding when we lay down for bed she is asleep within 10 minutes. I cant belive it. I was taking medication to help calm me because of my child being so hyper, but now I dont need it.
