Clik Pak - Sleepaid, 84 pill

i really love the packaging nelson uses for their remedies... it's so chic with it's dispenser mechanism, and the pillules taste like candy (or like sugar WITHOUT that "i've got a cavity and i can tell by the pain" feeling). i gave the product a four star rating- because i can't tell if i've actually been so exhausted i've been able to sleep- or if it's the remedy. either way- the last couple of night's that i've taken it- i've slept like a baby. i normally wake up every hour thanks to my insomnia- but i've slept through the night... i've had insomnia since i was 2 years old... tried pretty much everything in the book including trying to cycle my circadian rhythym back around... but this is the first drug product that i've tried that seems to work- and doesn't give me a hangover. on a side note- i did try valerian root liquid- it just smelled bad and didn't work. i tried melatonin pills they didn't work.... but this one has a combination of many things- seem to work together rather than on my own. the remedy it's self didn't make me sleepy the way a benedryl does- but it kept me asleep all night... so i would definately say it's also great for helping out panic attacks--- i took a few when i felt like i was going to have a panic attack- and i calmed down... once again not sure if it acted like a placebo... but i would like to think it was actually the homeopathic qualities that calmed me.
