I've tried several arnica lotions, gels, etc. and for me, this is the best. I use it primarily for muscle aches and spasms. At times, it's the only thing that helps calm down pain. I also use it to help bruises heal faster.

I use this before going to bed to a) help prevent leg cramps; b) help ease back & sacroiliac pain; and c) to help me sleep. It has a soothing, relaxing effect. I've suffered for years from leg cramps that disrupt my sleep, but now I put this arnica on my legs before bed, and I'm much better.
