Description: Vitex is a woman"s dietary supplement, traditionally used for menstrual difficulties. Vitex has been heavily researched in Europe. It is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman"s life.Encapsulated Vitex fruit provided in a once daily dosage based on research conducted in Germany as stated in Commission E monograph revised December 1992. Each capsule contains 400 mg of Vitex agnus castus in an herbal base of millet.
Vitex agnus castus (fruit) 400 mg
millet, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate
Take one capsule two or three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter, take one capsule daily. Vitex works gently so it is best if used long term.
Do not use during pregnancy.
