For special safety-and-performance-in the sensitive under-eye area, we've developed an eye cream with time tested plant and vegetable ingredients - and a blend so ultra light it can be used day or night. Under-Eye Bags need skin-firming action-which you can quickly feel with the blend of vegetable protein and botanical extracts - (witch hazel, horse chestnut and red vine). Shadows often result from waste accumulation due to poor circulation in this area, stress and skin irritation. We treat this problem with calming, soothing calendula oil and cornflower extract; plus red vine and arnica to stimulate circulation and, thus, help expel wastes. And because there are so few oil glands under eyes, we've added wheat germ and sweet almond oils.
