I have always believed in green foods as an energy booster, but this is an exceptional product in this area. I have no more need for coffee in the morning and I have energy that lasts me through the day. I have also seen a huge difference in my skin, where I have had some issues with breakouts. Now I have very smooth and glowing skin. I highly recommend this product to all. I use it in a shake for breakfast along with soy milk, banana, wheat germ, and flax seed....yummy!

I'd heard of Soya Protein Isolate, but it wasn't until I actually bought some and begin using it that I discovered the benefits of it! I am using it to bread meats and fish, using it to bake low carb sandwich bread, using it in meatloaf, and even making low-carb doughnuts out of it! MotherNature.com shipped the product right to my door with a minimum of hassle, too!

I am self-employed and work long hours, and eating healthy is part of an eveyday struggle. I include this 100 percent soy protein drink mix as part of my diet, and can't say enough about the taste, texture and consistency of the soy!

I don't care for tofu and have been searching for alternate ways to get soy. This product is scrumptious and provides an easy way to get that 25 grams of soy protein and all its health benefits.

The texture is gritty, the taste is too sweet, and I'd prefer to get my fiber from vegetables and grains.
