This is fantastic. It tastes great and I get a burst of energy from it. I would definitely recommend this!

I mix 1 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, one banana, 1 scoop of Genisoy powder, and some brewers yeast. I work at a greenhouse part-time, and my energy level has gone up tremendously drinking this shake! I am 54 years old so it has been great for my menopausal needs, too. This contains the highest level of soy protein (24 g) on the market!

I used to mix this with non-fat milk and it was OK, but recently I've been mixing it in the blender with 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 of a banana, a couple of ice cubes, and a little of whatever other fruit I might have on hand--a few strawberries (fresh or from the freezer), 1/2 a mango or peach, etc. Now it is an absolutely delicious and very healthy smoothie. I look forward to it every morning.

Since I'm on a low carbohydrate/high protein diet, I use soy powder as a way to alter my favorite foods so they'll fit onto my menu. After finally finding a single can on the bottom shelf of my local market -- I was so relieved to find it here, and at a much lower price!

I really like this product for what I call a "power shake" in the morning for breakfast. I use 1 1/4 cup nonfat milk, 1 scoop Genisoy protein powder, 2 tablespoons regular uncooked oats, 1 banana, and 1 teaspoon unflavored Metamucil. Blend till smooth in the blender. Unlike the usual breakfast foods, this holds me till lunch without getting the "shakes or irritables"! The added benefit of the soy is good at my age (40s).

This natural energy drink is great. Delicious flavor and good for you. 62 mg of soy isoflavones per serving! I have to have one every morning, and I'm getting ready to put in another order for 2 dozen! Give it a try, it's yummy!

I have been a vegetarian for over 25 years. I started young... Ever since I started to eat this mix every day, I felt more energy, full, and my protein needs were being fulfilled with one serving equally virtually one/half of the daily requirement. This product also has 0% carbs and 0% fat. No worries!
