I really feel the difference!

It has always been hard for me to take vitamins because they upset my stomach. Now that I also have hot flashes, etc., I was advised by my doctor to try this because of the estrogen and the fact that it was fat-free. Since I love skim milk and chocolate anyway, I gave it a try. Now I feel good knowing I am getting extra vitamins too that I wish I could have taken for the past years but couldn't. I ran out of this for about a week and really noticed that I was more tired and I didn't seem to be as calm.
