A fall down a flight of concrete steps and onto a concrete patio in 1995 left me with a back that was broken in two places and an upper left humerus so badly shattered that despite two surgeries and a rodding, it still hasn't healed. In 1996, I had an aortal dissection that required 9 hours of open-heart surgery and 54 days of hospitalization, and that's been diagnosed as being caused by a severe pull on an artery during my 1995 fall. While I'm grateful to be alive, I went from an active woman to a disabled one, so sedentary for lack of stamina that I gained a hundred pounds and so ill that I must sleep in a hospital bed while plugged into an oxygen machine. I've been using Greens Today for several months now, and each month I've noticed some improvement! I can now walk around the house without becoming exhausted, my shortness of breath has improved, and I don't fall asleep constantly...even my arm seems to be doing a little better! Needless to say, all of this has caused the quality of my life to improve noticeably.
