Each bar has 14 grams of water-processed isolated soy protein and the antioxidants Vitamin E and Selenium. The chocolate uncoated bar contains no fat and is heart-healthy. All the bars are gluten-free (except the Cookies "N Cream) and have no cholesterol, artificial flavors, or sweeteners.
Ingredients:
IP soy protein isolate, corn syrup, chocolate confectioners coating (sugar, palm kernel oil, cocoa, whey, nonfat dry milk, lecithin and natural vanilla flavor), rice flour, cocoa, cookies (enriched wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, salt and cocoa), IP roasted soybeans, peanut butter, and natural flavor.
