Super High Protein is a formulation containing vitamins, minerals and enzymes; is sugar free; and provide 95g protein over three servings.

For maximum results, combine 3 tablespoons of MLO Super High Protein powder with 8 oz. of protein fortified nonfat milk. Drink one serving three times daily, preferably after a regular meal. Do not reduce your regular food intake. Exercise each body part at least three times a week.

One MLO Super High Protein shake will provide at least 35% of the Daily Value (DV) for all essential vitamins for which there is a standard, plus many more import B complex vitamins and rare minerals.
