Great Product, March, 25/2003

I am unable to consume dairy due to an allergy in my breastfed baby. My needs for calcium are increased due to nursing. I love the Rainbow Light product line because they contain whole foods which increase absorption. I can take my supplements knowing they are well absorbed!

It is very effective at relieving the symptoms of PMS., May, 01/2000

I use this product regularly and have noticed a difference. PMS symptoms are greatly reduced after using this product for a few months. It works best if taken before the symptoms start. I recommend this product to anyone experiencing PMS symptoms.

Great Calcium supplement, July, 29/2004

I have tried a number of different calcium supplements since I do not tolerate dairy products well. This is one of the best and also really helps with joint flexibility where I have an arthritic knee. If I take this regularly, I am able to completely quit taking the non-steriodal anti-inflammatory the doctor prescribed and have done so now for over a year. It is amazing what difference this makes.
