Great for losing far and building muscle

A personal trainer turned me on to high protien powders. He suggested that they be used right after a workout. Diet Fuel offers lots of protien with few calories and carbs. This is perfect for my goals: 1. Lose body fat, 2. Gain muscle mass. Furthermore it tastes pretty good. 6 ice cubes, 16 oz water, one scoop...blend it, and you have a shake. The directions say to use 8 oz water, but it tastes better with 16 oz. Last I heard water wasn't bad for you.
