I started regular weight lifting 6 months ago, and began taking creatine. I'm 47 and have not had any muscle or tendon fatigue or strain due to training, which I attribute to creatine use, as I'm sure I'd have some muscle stress by now had I not used it. I've noticed an increase in muscle mass and definition, and have lost 8 pounds around the waist and stomach, following the Body for Life diet. I think it's just another tool in the fitness bag that helps to reach your goal.

I used this product back at the beginning of the new year and I saw a significant increase in lean muscle mass and a noticeable increase in strength and endurance in my workout program. I would recommend it to friends and acquaintances looking for that edge!

This stuff really works!

Last February I underwent a 5-disc spinal fusion. In August, under my surgeon's guidance, I began a regular workout at the gym. It has been a slow process to regain my strength. I began taking this product about a month ago. I have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle recovery and have had noticeable increases in my weight capacity in most all of my exercises. This stuff really works!

I have taken creatine from 5 different manufacturers and this creatine was not up to snuff. First it had a texture and taste of chalk and second it did not seem to mix as well in my beverage. I choose this brand because they promote it, but I don't think I will buy it agian. I also didn't notice the lifting improvement that i did when I used another product from a well known company in Colorado.
