Its a good product, use with care

I was really satisfied with this product and will continually use it because I see a difference in performance and it helps to burn fat when used properly. Words of Caution...make sure you test your tolerance level with this product. If you take too many you can feel jittery (like drinking too much coffee) and become hypoglyeimic or feel like getting an anxiety attack due to the stimulants. Do NOT exceed the amount suggested on the directions. Make sure you drink a lot of water during the day, you CAN get dehydrated because caffein included is a diuretic.

Ripped Fuel helped me peel off between five to ten pounds but damn, can that stuff make you fly! I stopped taking it for a while because it made me so antsy I felt like I was going to jump out of my skin. I find that it's best to take before a workout so that you have an outlet for the caffeine blast it gives you. If you watch your dosages and be sure to get your workout in, it'll work.
