Product Research:
B-12 Dots are specially formulated tiny sublingual B-12 tablets. One dot (sublingual tablet) contains 500mcg of Vitamin B-12.
Recommend:
One dot daily or as directed. For best results, each Dot is to be held under the tongue until completely disolved to maximize absorption of the B-12.
