I tried No Jet-Lag for the first time in 1996, on a return flight from New Zealand to Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. Total travel time was 24 hours, and I had to begin college classes again the following morning. I was still tired, but did not have the disoriented sensation I'd had to suffer through after my flight to New Zealand. I will always use No Jet-Lag for long flights now. Really helps with jetlag and hangovers! In life, I enjoy vacation travel spots, and a little wine with dinner. Those times when the flight is long, or the glass is really full, it has helped me. I am very satisfied with the product because it has really made a difference with the jet lag and hangover effects I used to go through. Seems very effective Read the blip in Forbes magazine. Traveled with my wife from LA to London, no usual jet lag symptoms, still tired by the clock was reset very well. Flew back from Athens to LA via London, same thing, much more comfortabale and adjusted to home time zone much quicker. Seems to work very well! A friend who travels regularly from San Francisco to Johannesburg recommended this product highly. I got some to try on my regular, one-week per month trips to London. On these trips I fly over night, arriving in England 7 AM their time, but 2 AM "my time." I have to go to work immediately, which is tough. I don't know how it works, but this product certainly seems to help! (I do have a variety of other long distance travel "coping mechanisms," however, so it is hard to disentangle the effects.
