Description:
In Ayurveda, Gymnema is believed to help remove accumulated sugars, said to be a result of Pitta or Kapha imbalance. This product pacifies Pitta and Kapha Doshas.
Ingredients:
One vegetarian capsule contains 200 mg. extract, standardized for 150 mg. Gymnemic acids.
Dosage:
One capsules three times a day, with meals.
Cautions:
Gymnema has been used safely in India for several centuries. We suggest that this product not be used if you are pregnant or nursing.
