Good product, April, 28/2000 This stuff works pretty well. If you follow the recommended schedule for men, it can get kind of expensive--a 240-capsule bottle lasts just over four weeks. During the third and fourth weeks, if you miss your dosage by more than a couple of hours or you forget to take one, you may get caffeine withdrawal symptoms, such as a headache (though it normally goes away within 20-30 minutes of taking the missed dose). I do a lot of weightlifting and took this product mainly for energy but I went from about 5-6 percent body fat down to about 2-3 percent. It really curbs your appetite yet you still have energy, even with a reduced diet.

When I take it an hour before meals, my hunger is increased, as if my metabolism has sped up. I am pleased with the overall results considering I have not found time to engage in a workout routine.

No pain, no gain?, July, 08/2005 I tried the Ultimate Weight Loss tablets to ease myself back into a healthy lifestyle after a very neglectful senior year in college. I took two tablets of each formula. By my evening meal and 30 minutes after my second dose, I felt horrible. To put it gently, my "griping bowels" had me sticking close to the bathroom. Since I had invested the hard-earned money, I gave the Ultimate Weight Loss system another shot, but limited myself to a single tablet of each. Perhaps it was something else I had ingested. Second time around, same effect. I may have lost weight merely by making so many bathroom trips.
