For Great Coffee - Grind just enough for each brewing. For automatic drip, medium grind is best; for french press, grind coarse; espresso should be ground fine. Brew with clean, cold water. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping tbsp. per 6 oz. of water and adjust to your taste. Store in an airtight container away from heat and direct sun.
