I love that I can use stevia for some of the sugar and reduce my family's sugar intake! One quick note - if you find you're getting a wierd aftertaste, you're using too much - more stevia isn't always better. Just reduce the amount you use - you'll still get the sweetness, but no aftertaste.

This liquid stevia doesn't have to be refrigerated and replaces sugar even in baking (I use half the sugar, unrefined that is, and supplement with Stevia for the rest of the sweetness). Refined sugar has been shown to be responsible for many problems, so it's only wise to cut it out.

Good natural substitute for chemical sweeteners

I will not use sugar in my coffee (being on a low-carb diet) and also will not use Equal or any other aspartame (have read enough on the Net to be convinced it's poison). That leaves Sweet N'Low or stevia. I don't know whether Sweet N'Low is harmful, but it is a chemical. I like the fact that stevia is all-natural. It is also easy to regulate the amount you need using the dropper, and it seems as though the bottle will last awhile. The only drawback for me is that so far I am up to trying six drops, and that amount still doesn't sweeten my coffee as sufficiently as one packet of Sweet N'Low. But I still feel this product is preferable to using a chemical.

I bought a bottle of this before Thanksgiving...we use it in coffee, and we still have some here in March! It's good to have the morning caffeine, without the sugar rush that lets you down!

excellent sugar substitute, especially to sweeten liquids

Stevia is an excellent substutue for sugar or artificial sweetners, especially for use in drinks, such as coffee, tea, lemonade, etc. I like this brand and formula in particular as it dizzolves completely and you only need a few drops to sweeten a cup of coffee or tea. It tastes suprisingly like sugar and doesn't have any nasty aftertaste like artificial sweeteners. (I have also tried powdered versions and leaf versions, and so far I like this one the best). I am hypoglycemic, and have no reaction with stevia.
