Recommend:
Use shampoo. Rinse well. Massage conditioner into hair and scalp. Leave on for at least a minute. Rinse thoroughly. For damaged hair, allow conditioner for remain on for up to 15 minutes.

Apply after shampoo, leave on for 1-15 min.
