i just started using this product last month...i started taking the pills two in the morning and two at night about 5 days before my cycle. it worked great for my pms. i think i will try the Cyclease cramps too...the other thing i like about it is that the person at the store where I got it told me that you only need to take them right when you start pmsing and not the whole month like some pills..and so convenient too..they dissolve right there in your mouth so no water needed. i think that's probably the secret to why they work so mail..immediate absorption into your system. and not a bad price either...

I'm in my 30's and still endure horrible cramps during my menstrual cycle. I saw these on mothernature.com and decided to give them a try. Having used strong over the counter drugs to combat by pain all these years, I honestly didn't think these homeopathic pills would work. I was proven wrong from the very first dosage I took! It eased my cramps, bloating, pressure, fatigue, and irritability. The required dosage is two pills morning and night, which suited me just fine. Usually, with over the counter drugs I'm popping pills all day, but not with Cyclease. I am never using anything else!
