This is the best product for hemorrhoids. I had a recurrence that lasted for 2 months until I got hold of this product. I tried suppositories, sitz baths, high fiber diets, lots of liquids, oral laxatives. Those methods didn't work, but this product definitely did. I wish it was available at every drug store in the U.S.!

A possible aid in treating hemorrhoids

I have been cursed with hemorrhoids for several years. Many attempts to moderate diet seem to have no positive effect on the condition. But I have noticed a slight change with less bleeding after using this Boiron product. Now this is not a scientific conclusion, merely a personal observation; but it may work slightly although I remain somewhat skeptical of homeopathic treatments. Therefore, short of surgery (which can be extremely painful and leave you stranded on your stomach for a week or can see the hemorrhoids return again), you might like to experiment with this otherwise high-quality brand of homeopathic therapy. It does contain a powdered witch hazel extract as a secondary ingredient which--in liquid form--is an excellent, albeit temporary, topical astringent treatment which you can try after a bowel movement. Regardless, I do feel your pain. I hope this treatment helps and provides some welcome comfort.
