Nice way to get past insomnia.

This product is a great way to get to sleep when you are having or know you are going to have trouble i.e. too much coffee that day or something bothering you. It relaxes you and the next thing you know [for me about 20 min] you are sleeping like the dead. I haven't experienced any adverse sleeping dependencies on it either. I do however have the side effect of having really great dreams. One caution, until you figure out how many to take to get you over the insomnia hump you may have some grogginess then next morning. Just back off a pill each time until you wake refreshed. I take 2-3 pills and do just fine. The label says to take 4. I am groggy the next morning when I take 4.

Amazingly helpful! I can fall asleep naturally and easily with no side effects. I can wake up in the morning with no groggy feeling and energized for the day. The only down side is that the directions say take 2-3 tablet, which make the bottle go fast.
