Description:
Arnica (Arnica Montana) is a homeopathic anti-inflammatory that may be used for muscular soreness due to overexertion. The first remedy for swelling, bruising and shock. An athlete"s necessity.
Recommend:
Adults: dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day. Children: 2 tablets as above. In acute cases take 4 tablets every hour until relieved or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
