excellent for bad cramps associated with your period., December, 21/1999

I was a little skeptical at first as I am a child of "modern" medicine, but my curiosity for natural healing got the better of me and I ordered. The first time I tried it I could not get past the smell, but the taste is imperceptable. That is nothing compared to the instant relief of my menstrual cramps! Since having my son 2 years ago my periods have been very hard to handle, but the cramp bark has made it very bearable. I recommend this to any woman who has a rough time with cramps.

I often have very heavy and painful periods and I use Cramp bark to help me with the pain of cramps. I'm glad I have such a great product to help me with my natural problems.

This is a great product for menstral cramps, it really works better than prescription pain pills. The only criticism I have is that I thought I was ordering Cramp Bark, what I got was a liquid not the bark itself. I really prefer to brew my own tea from the original bark, I feel it is more natural that way, but this elixir worked just as well on cramps and it is easier to use away from home.
