I'm very impressed! I had been suffering a painful earache and sore throat for three days when I tried this product. I took one dose two hours before bedtime, another dose one hour before bedtime, and a third dose at bedtime. WITHIN 45 MINUTES after the third dose, my sore throat pain and earache were completely DEMOLISHED! I had also pumped up my immune system over those three days with vitamin & mineral supplements, Pycnogenol, and Honey Zinc Lozenges (also a product that I highly recommend). But it was the Echinacea PM Syrup that broke the camel's back and relieved this gal's sore throat pain!
