Recommend:
Add one to two capfuls to drawn bathwater. Swirl with hand to dissolve. Relax into warm water (100'-110' F) for 15 to 20 minutes. Allowing only the head above water, breathe in the decongesting essential oils. After the bath, towel dry lightly.
