Brushing my teeth was a dreaded experience and I ended up avoiding it as much as possible, to my disadvantage (I have many fillings). Tom's toothpaste eliminated extremely painful sensitivity I had to hot things, cold things, and even air. Tom's toothpaste worked in a matter of a few days, whereas prescription toothpastes and other over-the-counter products never came close to relieving my symptoms.
