It really does thoroughly clean your skin--without drying! I love to wash my face with it. My skin has never felt as truly clean using other facial cleansers as my skin does with this product. I'm definitely going to buy this cleanser again...and again.

I was shopping for a face cleanser and opted for the one on sale: Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean. Wow! After a couple of uses I noticed the pores in the T-zone became smaller and weren't producing as much oil. I ran out and switched to what was on my shelf but that proved to cause breakouts and I was quickly back to Thoroughly Clean. Doesn't agitate my skin with harsh chemicals therfore causing fewer breakouts. A wonderful product that truly works.

This is, without a doubt, the best all-around face cleaner I've ever used. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was also a mild exfoliant that didn't injure my skin--no redness, dryness, itchiness, or soreness. It left my skin very soft and glowing, indeed thoroughly clean. My skin is extremely oily and this is the only product I've found that seems to lower the production of skin oil. Since I've used this product, my makeup goes on smoother because there's no dry, flaky skin underneath. It's also easy to wash off, and helps keep my skin free of blemishes.

I have normal to dry skin so maybe that's why this cleanser didn't work so well for me. I started breaking out on my forehead, and chin after using this for about a week. It didn't leave my skin feeling tight after washing with it, which is more than I can say about some cleansers. I would be willing to give it another try just to be sure though.

I have very sensitive skin which is adversely effected by harsh cleansers. Thoroughly Clean Face Wash is very gently on my skin, yet tough enough to remove dirt and oil. Occasionally I will use it twice in one day, and it does not over-dry my skin. I highly recommend this product.

I just wanted to say, for whomever it may concern, that I have been using this face wash for about 6 months now and it is simply wonderful. I agree with all of the other comments that have already been posted... I have always had sporadically problematic skin, but my face has not looked better in a long time. The name of this cleanser is so appropriate... I can't explain it, but after using this cleanser my face truly does feel "thoroughly clean" and better than ever. Thanks to MotherNature.com and Desert Essence... please keep these wonderful products coming!

This is by far the best facial cleanser I've ever used. I've used it over a year and I love it.
