Turkey Jerky is one of Shelton"s more flavorful creations. It"s like the best beef jerky, but more tender, and seasoned to absolute perfection. We make our jerky from thinly sliced turkey breast, marinated in an exotic tamari mixture, and then slowly dried in brick ovens. Of course, we use no preservatives in making our Turkey Jerky, and all of our ingredients are completely natural. Nothing to get in the way of the flavor and nutritional value. After all, we at Shelton"s believe that turkeys that eat healthier taste better. But please. no "You-are-what-you-eat" jokes. Shelton"s Turkey Jerky is the stuff that serious snacks are made of.

Turkey meat, Tamari (water, whole soybeans, sea salt, alcohol, and wheat), garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
