Ingredients:

Hops Humulus (lupulus), Organic Kava root (Piper methysticum), Organic Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis).

Additional Ingredients:

Gelatin, water.

Dosage:

As an herbal supplement, take two capsules as needed, or as directed by your health care professional. Do not exceed eight capsules in a 24-hour period.

Due to individual reactions to herbs of this nature we recommend one individuals experiment with the dose for the desired effect. Always begin with one capsule if this is the first time using this formula.
