Ingredients:
Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate)- 1.5mg, Riboflavin- 1.7mg, Niacin (niacinamide)- 20mg, Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl)- 25mg, Folate (folic acid)- 200mcg, Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin)- 6mcg, Pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate)- 10mg, Calcium (calcium carbonate)- 200mg, Magnesium (magnesium oxide)- 50mg, Anti-bloating herbal diuretic blend (Couch grass plant, Bucha leaf, Arctostaphylos uva ursi leaf, Juniper berry, Hydrangea arborescens root, Cornsilk stylus)- 300mg, Feverfew standardized extract- 125mg, Kava kava root standardized extract- 150mg, Chaste berry standardized extract- 60mg, Ginger root- 50mg, Cramp bark- 20mg, Isoflavones (Pueraria lobata root and soybeans)- 10mg.
Additional Ingredients:
Cellulose, cellulose gum, fractionated vegetable oil, silica, natural glaze, titanium dioxide, vanilla and natural carmine color.
Dosage:
The recommended dosage is two (2) tablets every four to six hours, as needed, up to a maximum of six tablets per day. Do not take for more than ten consecutive days.
