In Ayurveda, Arjuna is used to support normal cardiac functions. This product pacifies Pitta and Kapha doshas, counteracting forces that increase the workload on the heart and decrease fat metabolism.

Ingredients:

Terminalia arjuna extract, bark powder.

Dosage:

Up to 2 capsules twice a day, with meals.

Supplement Facts:

PITTA KAPHA In Ayurveda, Arjuna is used to support normal cardiac functions. This product pacifies Pitta and Kapha doshas, counteracting forces that increase the workload on the heart and decrease fat metabolism. Ayurveda believes good health can be acheived by balancing (or correcting inbalances) the elements of nature (doshes) presents within us: Vata (air), Pitta (fire), Kapha (water). Our dietary supplements play an important role in balancing the doshas, when used as part of a holistic regimen including diet, exercise, massage, meditation, and life-style changes.

Recommend:

Suggested use: Up to 2 capsules twice a day, with meals. Avoid using if you have weak or ailing kidneys. Keep away from children and refrain from using during pregnancy or while nursing.

Arjuna has been used safely in India for several centuries. We suggest that this product not be used if you are pregnant or nursing.
