Soluble Fiber Formula contains all three types of soluble fiber to help lower cholesterol levels and increase the population of good bacteria in the colon. Yerba Prima Soluble Fiber Formula. Soluble fiber has been shown in numerous studies to help remove excess cholesterol from the intestinal tract by binding with bile acids. Yerba Prima pioneered development of natural dietary fiber and internal cleansing products and offers a full spectrum of natural products. Quality Assurance: Yerba Prima's products are pure and natural, and are made from the highest quality ingredients. Start by taking 1 serving each day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as needed. Stir powder briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice, water or other fluid. Drink immediately. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. Suggested Usage: Children 6-12: 1 level teaspoon, one to three times a day.

Psyllium Seed Husks, Acacia Gum, Oat Bran, Apple Fiber, Fruit Pectin.

Recommend:

Adults and children over 12: 1 heaping teaspoon, one to three times a day.
Children 6-12: 1 level teaspoon, one to three times a day.

Cautions:

A very small percentage of individuals, particularly health care providers who have been occupationally exposed to psyllium dust, may develop a sensitivity to psyllium. This sensitivity may result in an allergic reaction. If you experience a strong reaction, with difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Keep out of the reach of children.
