Yerba Prima's Colon Care Formula is the only product I have used to give me such great results for helping with my irritable bowel syndrome, including alternating diarrhea and constipation with mostly constipation. With Colon Care, my bowel movements are soft, bulky, and regular; and if taken within a short time of eating a food that I know will give me problems, will greatly reduce or neutralize the effect the food would otherwise have. I had to start out with half the recommended starting dose and gradually increase. I find it best to stir it into V-8 or tomato juice and follow that with an 8-ounce glass of water. I have tried many products and this one is tops!
