Great alternative to Metamucil!, March, 15/2004

I have been using this product for over 6 months, and my regularity has increased, my appetite is more controlled, and my skin cleared up. I think the psyllium might have causing me some pain. I like that it is organically produced and great tasting--kind of like cream of wheatish.

Great Alternative to Psyllium, June, 11/2005

Gentle and tastes good. Overall, a good fiber. It doesn't seem to bulk like psyllium so you might need to use a bit more if a tablespoon doesn't work for you.
