Recommend:
Take two or more packets daily, as desired. Tear packet across and downward from corner slit. Place contents in glass and add 4 to 6 oz. of water. No stirring necessary, as 32 minerals complexes instantly form. Drink slowly.
Cautions:
Keep in a cool place. Although now stabilized for higher temperature, shelf life is longer when kept in a cool place.
