The finest cocoa beans, sun-dried raisins and roasted cashews have been slowly mixed into a smooth and traditional Swiss milk base to give this chocolate its unique tender-crunchy texture.
All of our chocolates are Fair Trade Certified™. This means that the farmers who grew the ingredients - cocoa, raisins, cashews and sugar - were paid a better, more stable price for their crops than in conventional trade. The cocoa farmers are members of the Kuapa Kokoo cooperative which benefits 35,000 farming families in Ghana. Your purchase of this chocolate helps these farmers raise their living standards and invest in vital community improvements like potable water projects and bridges.
