I have been trying to improve my diet and dietary habits and have been reading about the benefits of Miso. I have tried other products (soup in the cup types) and did not like them at all. However, I love this product. It's great to make some and sip all day at work, seems to stave off hunger while giving me nutrients I know that I need. I have recommended this product to all my friends and family and urge others to try it.

Makes a great sauce!

Just add water and use this as you would bernaise or hollandaise sauce. It is good on asparagus, fish, or anytime you want a creamy yellow sauce without the FAT or animal products you get with regular cream sauces. Stir into cooked vegetables for a healthy side dish. This especially livens up frozen mixed veggies, without using any margarine or butter.
