Peruvian, Fair Trade Certified. Notes of banana, orchid and warm spice – nutmeg and mace. Round and velvety mouthfeel. Long, intense and complex ending with increased sweetness and nuances of pineapple. From a Fair Trade co-op at the edge of the Amazon. Milagros offers nuances of the banana and orchid growing amongst the cacao in a biodiverse rainforest fed by the Monzon and Huallaga rivers. It is a blend of about 20% criollo, 60% trinitario and 20% forestero.
