About This Blend: We've paired premium peppermint and spearmint from the Pacific Northwest for this beautifully cool infusion. A breath of fresh air for mind, body and soul.

Ingredients:

Organic Peppermint, Organic Spearmint, Organic Chicory Root, Organic Green Rooibos, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Elderberry, Organic Flavor and Organic Mint Oil.

Caffeine Free.

Directions:

Hot Tea: Steep one tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 3-4 minutes, add sweetener if desired.

Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 6 bags in a quart container. Let steep for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water. Pour over ice.
