In 1999, female fans of CLIF BAR and the women here at our office wanted a bar with fewer calories and women-specific ingredients. With that simple request emerged LUNA Bar—the first nutrition bar created with women’s unique nutritional needs in mind.
Each LUNA Bar packs in 23 vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that contribute to a woman’s overall health. Now, seven years later, the LUNA family has expanded with LUNA Sunrise, a whole-grain morning nutrition bar, and LUNA Elixir, an all-natural drink mix made with real fruits and fruit extracts, and LUNA Tea Cakes, a tea-infused baked snack.
LUNA Bar, Sunrise, Elixir and Tea Cakes are made with at least 70% organic ingredients, making them that much better for you and the environment. They’re fortified with calcium for strong bones, folic acid for healthy expecting moms, B-vitamins, iron and antioxidants such as Vitamins A, C and E.
