My kids don't ask for candy anymore, they ask for a chocolate Clif bar.

My husband and I account for our share, too. A very good substitute for a candy bar--roughly the same calories but a lot more "bang for your buck." Good flavor, moist, and not entirely carbohydrates--a satisfying treat with hardly any guilt. We also use these, and other Clif flavors as well, for a fast breakfast solution for the entire family.

What can I say, I like them...I keep them in my desk drawer, for those days when I don't get a chance to eat lunch, also in my car. My favorite, right now is peanut butter choc chip, no wait it's the apricot, you get the idea.
